I write this letter as a reference for Mr. Fred Stern.

Erinbank has utilised Fred's services in several ways for the past few years. We receive extensive training in Peer Mediation and in the V.C.E T.E.A.M (Together Everyone Achieves More) for our students each year. The programs are a valuable part of our anti-bullying and harassment strategies in the school, foster leadership skills and model conflict resolution. The School holds in high regard the quality of training received from Fred. He is extremely well prepared and thorough, and presents training sessions that are well structured, accessible and engaging for our students. He provides excellent secondary consultaion in regard to implementing Peer Mediation and other programs in a school setting, and shows excellent understanding of the constraints under which schools operate.
His interactions with staff and students are extremely professional, and at the same time friendly and engaging. Students relate well to him and his relaxed style of presentation.

Fred has always been extremely reliable in fulfulling responsibilties he has undertaken and in liasing with the school regarding training programs. He has a high level of initiative, and is always coming up with new and innovative ideas, and new directions for existing programs.
The training materials he prepares are age appropriate and profesionally presented.

We are very sorry to be losing Fred's Services to our school, and wish him all the best in his future endeavours.
