Pam

Pamela is an accredited mediator and has four years experience working in the mediation field.  As a previous employee of the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria (DSCV), under the banner of the Department of Justice, Pamela offered advice and information about disputes, completed intake and assessment for mediations and mediated disputes of all kinds as on a daily basis for a three year period.  During this time, she also delivered conflict management workshops to the general public on a regular basis and assisted training people to become co-mediators as part of her role.  Training secondary college students as peer mediators is something Pamela now enjoys and is passionate about. 

Pamela currently works for:  Bethany Community Support; case managing homeless people, Time For Youth; co-mediating parent / adolescent matters & DSCV; co-mediating disputes.
Pamela has a background in Nursing, Welfare,  Advocacy & Mediation.  Some of Pamela’s achievements are:

  • Accredited Mediator
  • Bachelor of Arts in Rural Social Welfare,
  • Department of Justice, Gazetted Mediator,
  • Certificate IV in Assessment & Training &
  • Justice of the Peace

Mediation and Training Services Barwon South West is a mediation service as well as a training provider.

*mediation (non-family law)
*conflict management workshops
*mediation training (3 day non accredited or 6 day accredited)
*peer mediation training
