Skill developments in setting up their own support group, problem solving, teamwork and how to communicate are covered in this day. Taming Your Temper. This one full day program with additional exercises for ongoing interaction is designed to introduce younger grade 4 students to the concepts of assertiveness, self esteem and more importantly ways of handling conflict. In today's environment, teaching students in how to feel special about their own personal experiences and to interact socially with other students has become increasingly more important. You are never too young to learn.

This interactive program provides students with their own workbook that is not only easy to follow but is fun. Each page offers valuable information as well as the chance to colour in the many different unique cartoons that appear. This booklet is also designed for family members to write comments in and enjoy discussing with their child.

Teacher notes are provided for running additional short sessions with students as a follow up.
