Fred Stern is a registered practitioner with the Attorney General's Department and has over 25 years mediating experience. He offers mediation in both parenting and property matters. He is able to assist in helping parties to look at a parenting plan and provide a Certificate 60I (as required by the Court) in parenting matters upon request. Fred is also able to assist you to mediate property/financial disputes
Fred offers both evening and weekend appointments (Queen St in the City) and is able to facilitate matters urgently to ensure a speedy service to clients.
For those who are in country areas or interstate or overseas we can facilitate mediation through video conferencing facilities.
Fees are standardized at $180.00 per hour.
